1 · Who we are

TickrAI is an investing research and education product. We help you track virtual portfolios and see what a panel of AI “council” agents thinks of a ticker. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, or a regulated financial institution — nothing in the app is investment advice.

2 · Your account

You’re responsible for the account you create: keep your sign-in credentials safe, don’t share the account with other people, and use accurate information when filling in your profile. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately at yusufsevinir@gmail.com and we’ll help you recover or terminate it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction — 16 in much of the EU) to use TickrAI. If you create an account on behalf of an entity, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3 · Virtual portfolios only

TickrAI does not execute trades. Every portfolio in the app is virtual — the cash balance is paper money, the buy / sell actions are paper trades, and no real money flows through the product. Performance shown inside the app is a simulation of what would have happened, not a record of real trades.

Past performance — yours, another user’s, or the council agents’ — is not a guarantee or predictor of future results. Treat every number you see as a research tool, not a forecast.

4 · No financial advice

The council scores, daily lessons, news summaries, and any other content surfaced inside TickrAI are for education and entertainment only. They are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Before making any real-money investment decision, talk to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

5 · Acceptable use

When using TickrAI you agree not to: manipulate markets or coordinate pump-and-dump schemes; impersonate another person or entity; post content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s intellectual property; spam other users; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the app outside the export feature provided in Settings.

You also agree not to circumvent any rate limits, security controls, or content moderation we have in place. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

6 · Future paid features

Pay-to-view shared portfolios are not live yet — the waitlist captured inside the app today is a non-binding interest signal. When paid features launch, additional terms specific to billing, refunds, creator payouts, and tax treatment will apply, and we’ll ask you to accept them before any charge is made.

7 · Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account from Settings → Delete my account. The deletion is permanent.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, create unreasonable load on the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical we’ll give you notice and a chance to address the issue first.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TickrAI is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy of market data (which comes from third-party providers and may be delayed), or fitness for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for losses you incur from decisions you made based on anything you saw inside the app. If the law in your jurisdiction does not allow this kind of exclusion, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim — which for a free user is zero.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (Turkey), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, because TickrAI is currently operated from Türkiye. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. This governing-law clause will move with the operating entity if TickrAI later incorporates elsewhere — a material change will trigger an in-app re-acceptance prompt.

Nothing in this section prevents you from invoking mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
